TONG EASYFILL
Suitable for use on a wide range of vegetables from potatoes and onions to broccoli and carrots, the EasyFill bin filler can be specified with a conventional heavy duty PVG cleated belt, as well as a crop hood for gentle handling. Manufactured with one reversible fruit and vegetable conveyor that has lowering ends that traverse to gently deliver crop into bins, the EasyFill makes the whole bin filling process hassle-free, fast and gentle.

TONG MONSTAFILL
The new MonstaFill gently transfers crop to two rubber-lined holding hoppers. The hopper tanks are fitted with integrated loadcells which allow them to fill to a pre-determined weight ready for discharge into boxes. Once one hopper is full, the conveyor begins to fill the second hopper.
The new filler detects when an empty box is presented by the forklift and the hopper discharges crop into the box as it is lowered by the forklift. The process means that the forklift then takes the full box away and returns with an empty box to repeat the process.

TONG VERTICAL LOWERATOR BOX FILLER
The Tong Vertical Lowerator Box Filler is the perfect solution if you are looking for a product to vertically move a variety of crop types or to fill boxes from the top-down.
- Automatic Bin detection
- Automatically lowers into bin and begins filling
- Automatically raises as Bin fills with crop
- When bin is full the Lowerator stops in up position beacon flashes
- Feed conveyor from screen stops to create holding and inches 3 times before stopping whole machine giving time to change bin
TONG CASCADING SOLOFILL BAG FILLER
Designed to ensure gentle big tote filling, the SoloFill features a flighted belt piler, which carefully delivers crop to a powered cascade. Big totes are placed onto the tote filler’s elasticated handle holders, and the cascade is then manually lowered into the bottom of the big tote. As the big tote fills, the crop sensor automatically lifts the cascade, ensuring a continuous flow of crop, with minimal drop. The crop sensor automatically stops the feed of crop once the tote is full.
