Modern Produce Equipment was established in 2015 in Fremont, MI, by brothers Tom and Kent Karnemaat. Tom and Kent own a potato farm in Michigan, and purchased vegetable handling equipment before they started Modern Produce Equipment. After partnering with industry leaders, Tong Engineering, M&P Engineering, and Nicholson Machinery, we started providing the most advanced vegetable handling equipment with the best service in the industry. We offer vegetable processing and handling equipment, specializing in the carrot, onion and potato industry.
